If you are not satisfied with your Grass product, you may return it within 30 days of the date of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked.
Pre-Order Cancellations
Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time before dispatch for a full refund. Once your order has been dispatched, the standard 30-day return window applies.
How to Return
To initiate a return or cancel a pre-order, contact us at grass.customer.service@gmail.com with your order number.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
Condition of Return
Returned items should be in their original condition and packaging where possible. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if a product has been damaged through misuse.
